My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and well-decorated with plenty of towels, but the air conditioner was so loud it kept me up before my important meeting. On the downside, the lack of basic extended stay suite equipment was noticeable, and the coffee options were subpar. However, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, despite a small hiccup with room communication. The location was convenient for my needs in Norwalk, with easy access to major highways, although it's on a steep hill in the pricey Gold Coast area of Connecticut. The grab-and-go dining was sufficient, although there were some delays at the front desk. Overall, a comfortable stay with its share of issues.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very cozy but unfortunately dirty. The service was top-notch, very nice, accommodating, and sweet despite some confusion.
